Why is this alphabet called Pencil Top?
Because the letters are designed to be punched out of the rubber, using an ordinary 1/4" round hand held hole punch. You then have perfect little 1/4" rounds bits of rubber to glue onto the ends of pencil erasers. You'll love the way it feels when you stamp it - this is one of my favorite alphabets. One little hint though...when you are punching the letters hold everything inside a zip lock baggy because the force of punching can cause those letters to shoot across the room and you could spend a lot of time on your hands and knees looking for the letter "B" under your couch. Not that that happened at my house... |
